- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking travel for consultants
- Stationary ordering
- Filing, photocopying
- Typing of documents
- Audiotyping
- Formatting documents
- Preparing presentation material for meetings
- Following up on correspondence
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a similar role, and possess intermediate MS Office skills.
