Arcadia Landscape Architecture Move to the ever-popular 100 Edward Street

After subleasing an office at 110 Mary Street for a short period of time, urban design firm, Arcadia Landscape Architecture have outgrown their office and relocated to the increasingly popular 100 Edward Street.

The business had initially opened the doors of its first office at 110 Mary Street with the vision of staying for an extended period of time.

However, after winning a number of projects with some major clients, who are particularly focused within the residential property development sector, Arcadia were able to consider relocating after only six (6) months into their time at the Mary Street asset.

Coming from a design background, the business wanted to occupy a unique space with a stand out aesthetic and high levels of natural light, which would allow them to showcase their space to incoming clients.

A floor of recently constructed speculative fit outs, by Archway Interiors, at the nearby 100 Edward Street ranging in size from 83 – 201sqm were brought to Arcadia’s attention at the beginning of their leasing journey. Given that two (2) of the four (4) suites were already leased, only 2 months since completion, it was clear that the business had to act fast in order to snap up this significant opportunity.

Only a few days since the initial inspection, a review with the local staff and then with the Managing Director from Sydney gave the business enough confidence in the quality of the fit out and future plans of the asset to commit to a long term lease. The combination of the brand new suite, the ability to move in right away as well as the leasing conditions and calibre of the asset itself were a perfect match for the business.
