Batch Mewing Lawyers have more than doubled their previous space requirement, acquiring a 425sqm part floor suite at 215 Adelaide street. The specialist property and construction lawyers were operating out of a suite that no longer suited their requirements in terms of space and location. The business engaged with Caden Office Leasing exclusively to investigate expansion options within the Brisbane CBD throughout their leasing journey.

The goal for the business was to find a space that could be occupied over an extended period of time and handle further expansion of the company throughout the term. In addition to this, the law firm were seeking a very specific fit out in a location and building that suited their staff and clients and that meshed well with the business as a whole.

As a result, 215 Adelaide St was the most well-aligned asset for Batch Mewing. The owners offered an extremely appealing deal for the business, that allowed them to achieve all of their requirements on a long term basis.
