Caden lend a hand to national mortgage brokers.

Lendi has helped thousands of Australians secure their own homes, so Caden were delighted to be able to help this national company acquire their own new ‘home’ in the form of the latest small suite on Level 6 of 288 Edward St.  

With multiple offices around Australia and over 200 total employees, Lendi has been growing since its foundation in 2013, and house most of their staff in a fantastic Sydney office. Brisbane’s team were previously occupying a sublease with a tired fit-out, and with intentions of upgrading to a spec fitted space, Lendi appreciated the value that 288 Edward Street offered, coupled with the locations centrality within the CBD.

Directly opposite Central Station and with Queens Plaza only a set of lights away, the retail and transport amenities were a large attraction for 288 Edward St. Coupled with a longer-term plan for the building, things started to make sense, as Lendi secured a short-term lease with the provision to grow.

Following market feedback, Quadra Pacific Management reduced rents across the building, as well as focusing more on providing high-quality spaces than trying to rely on big deals. Wide refurbishments over the coming 18 months will continue to develop the value offering of 288 Edward St which has already had upgrades to the lift interiors and implementation of a Lift Destination Control system. Proposed upgrades involve a ground floor plane redesign and a complete façade treatment.
