A well established and respected wholesale distribution agent based in the CBD fringe is looking at expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of the sales team. With previous experience in a similar customer service role, your main functions will include answering incoming calls, processing sales orders into the system, and dealing with the clients on any sales and inventory delivery matters. You will have excellent communication, planning and problem solving skills and are able to liaise will all levels in the business to ensure sales, stock levels, credit, warehousing and logistic issues are addressed as they arise. You will also have the initiative and forethought to determine process and customer follow up while maintaining existing and building new client relationships. Previous experience using Ezy is an advantage but is not essential.
