Cope Accountants secure central presence with move to 193 North Quay

Formerly fringe based financial consultants, Cope Accountants have recently secured a bespoke fit-out within the legal corridor of the CBD at 193 North Quay.

Acting as financial advisors for both individuals and businesses, the company’s growth over the last few years has encouraged them to pursue a more central location that would cater for their development and benefit their current and future clientele.

The move into the Brisbane CBD was a calculated decision. Ensuring their personalised service would not be affected by a change of location was vital for the business. Their motivation to provide a high level of consistency and quality for staff and clients was key in this lease.

Investigating the opportunities available in the CBD, Chris Jenkins was able to facilitate Cope’s search by presenting all vacancies the market had to offer that fit the brief. A quick deliberation concluded in the selection of 193 North Quay as the preferred location for Cope. The tenants are delighted with the asset, especially due to its proximity to public transport and ease of access to main roads, which was the final piece to what was already a terrific value proposition.

A part floor tenancy was selected, and, with innovation from the team at Archway Interiors, the business was able to consolidate their needs resulting in a wonderfully efficient fit out design.
