CoverMore Travel Insurance upgrades to 1000m2 custom space at 340 Adelaide St

CoverMore have moved to 340 Adelaide St in a lease negotiated by Caden Office Leasing Director David Prosser. CoverMore Insurance is one of Australia’s largest and fastest growing providers of Travel Insurance.

CoverMore have relocated their Brisbane corporate office to almost 1,000m2 of space within the Mirvac owned 340 Adelaide St, a fully refurbished sixteen (16) level office tower that is also home to IT heavyweights Oracle and Cisco.

The space itself contains a stunning new fit out designed and delivered by Amicus Interiors, one of Australia’s leading dedicated fit out firms. CoverMore’s growing team now have a physical workspace that not only aligns with their values and aspirations, but also has a positive impact on the functionality and culture of their business.

 

Caden Office Leasing conducted an exhaustive search of potential relocation options within the Brisbane CBD and Southbank. With the space requirements being somewhat fluid in the initial stages due to continual growth opportunities, the brief was allowed to develop naturally. When CoverMore were ready to commit the due diligence had already been done, allowing for a quick decision to be made.

340 Adelaide St was a standout opportunity. Some of the key selling points for CoverMore were as follows:

– CoverMore wanted to be located close to Central Railway Station to ensure access to public to transport for all staff, but especially those that worked within their 24-hour call centre.

– 340 Adelaide St is supported by both the Spring Hill and Brisbane CBD power grids, and therefore CoverMore had comfort that their call centre would always been operational.

– The building’s floorplates are totally column free, and therefore CoverMore were able to design a highly functional and efficient fit out.

– A variety of onsite tenant amenity is available, such as a high quality End of Trip facility, conference facility, and a new food and coffee shop. In addition the building has a large car park serviced by Wilson parking.

– The overall presentation of the property is terrific. The ground floor entrance lobby has been fully refurbished to a Woods Bagot Design, and each floor provides new base building finishes and common amenities.
