Galilee Energy Flies into Emirates Tower

Following a thorough search, ASX Listed Oil and Gas Exploration company Galilee Energy have secured new office premises at L6, 167 Eagle St. The firm has negotiated an assignment from an existing tenant across a terrific river-facing space of 240m2.

Galilee were largely attracted to the tenancy due to the existing fit out, which they were able to re-purpose without having to make any notable modifications. The head lease had less than three (3) years to run which was also beneficial to Galilee. The company didn’t want to commit themselves to a long-term lease as they may need a bigger space within a few years should the business continue to grow in the way they expect.

Previous to securing this new tenancy, Galilee had been sharing space with a firm at Riparian Plaza. The convenience of an Eagle Street location was important for the business to maintain, for both employees and clients. Being within the Golden Triangle as well as having proximity to the riverside precinct and it’s amenities were essential factors for Galilee.

Caden Office Leasing Director David Prosser assisted Galilee Energy with their search for new premises. This opportunity was identified during the search process which was conducted over the course of a couple of months. A big thank you to Oliver Bartlett at Knight Frank who was marketing this space on behalf of the assignor and helped to facilitate a number of inspections through the tenancy, often at short notice.
