Gransolar – From Serviced Offices to Spec Fit Out

Previously a serviced office tenant, International renewable energy company, GranSolar, have decided to put down more solid roots for their Brisbane office in a brand new spec fit out at 307 Queen St. Making the move out of serviced offices and into a more permanent space is always a jump, however an often necessary step for many businesses experiencing growth.

The business partnered with David Prosser who ensured Gransolar was provided with the necessary information regarding the movement from a serviced office lease to a more traditional private lease. Additionally, with David’s thorough market knowledge, he was able to present the most preferential office options to the business, resulting in a timely resolution. The company is on a growth path within Australia and was, therefore, looking for space that would allow this expansion. They took a 2-year lease, to ensure that they would have the ability to relocate or expand once again, if necessary, after that period of time.
