Kyko Appoint Caden To Market 201 Charlotte Street For Lease

Upon their recent acquisition of 201 Charlotte St, Kyko Group have made the swift decision to appoint Caden Office Leasing and CBRE to manage the office leasing of the A-Grade asset.

Underpinned by blue-chip occupier Anglo American, 201 Charlotte St has consistently been a solid performer in Brisbane’s low A-Grade leasing market. For occupiers, its prime location and a promise that three sides of the building won’t be built out by high rise towers are particularly attractive. In addition, refurbishment works to the ground floor plane and End of Trip Facility have re-presented the building to its A-Grade standard.
