Model Answers relocate to Dexus’ A Grade Asset, Blue Tower

One of Australia’s largest analytical drug consultancy company’s, Model Answers R&D have used the current Brisbane office market conditions to their advantage and relocated to Dexus’ Blue Tower at 12 Creek Street.

Blue Tower is an A-Grade building in the heart of the ever-popular Golden Triangle Precinct. Situated alongside a variety of other high-grade assets, the building was the perfect choice to accommodate sustained growth and the vision of the business. With a predominately USA/European client base, Model Answers R&D needed a workplace that was both functional and had the right feel, allowing them to attract and retain the industry’s best talent.

Model Answers R&D looked at speculative fit outs across various Premium and A-Grade assets, including Waterfront Place and Central Plaza’s 1 & 2, before securing an industrial style suite in the high rise of the Blue Tower, complete with stylish exposed services and polished concrete.

The deal comes after an improved year across the Brisbane CBD leasing market, with overall vacancy rates sitting at 13.8% (down from 16.2% at Q1) and 8.4% (down from 12% in Q1 2018) in the prime market, we expect to see this figure slowly decrease until any new supply comes on the market toward Q4 2019 – Q1 2020.
