Napiers Finance Commit To Boutique Space At 144 Edward St

Family owned and operated finance group Napiers Financial Services have made the move from a sublease on Queen St into their own suite at 144 Edward Street. The firm has negotiated a lease on a long term basis for a boutique 84sqm space.

Having been in business for nearly 40-years, Napiers’ success has been based on exceptional customer service and innovation through its online presence. To begin their search, the directors sought speculative fit outs as a quick and immediate fix. However, this brief quickly changed once the business came to the realisation that their fit out requirement was quite specialised and therefore would need to create a suite from scratch.

As almost all of their transactions are done online there was no need for Napiers to have much of a front-of-house presence. During their search they found this component of fit outs to be a common theme but ultimately, for the company, a waste of space, ruling out a large proportion of existing or spec fit outs.

After inspecting a range of B-Grade options throughout the CBD, the business eventually secured a small suite on the best part of the floor at 144 Edward Street. The tenancy offers high levels of natural light with a good outlook over Eagle St Pier and the Brisbane River. Napiers are in the process of fitting out the suite based on their custom specifications.
