Galilee Solicitors Relocate Brisbane HQ to 444 Queen St

444 Queen Street’s resurgence in the active brokerage market has continued into 2018 with a successful agreement to lease part of Level 6 of 444 Queen St to national law firm, Galilee Solicitors.

Galilee stay specialised by offering professional legal services for mortgage, lending, property and commercial sectors. The firm’s Brisbane presence has grown with an increase of employees from 20 to 40, making a larger office space a necessity.


On the back of a famous merger sealed in late 2016 on Melbourne’s Cathedral Lodge golf course, Evans Partners and Dixon Advisory coalesced into the wealth management, fund management and capital advisory experts Evans Dixon, creating an increased requirement for office spaces in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and New York. 

Prior to the merger, Dixon Advisory had only a small serviced office presence in Brisbane with a few key management staff. A true sign of the new business’s intent to grow, they have leased a brand new 274sqm “Smart Suite” on Level 4 of Dexus’s Waterfront Place on a long lease term.
