Capital Focused Pty Ltd have taken advantage of a short term sublease opportunity at 13/241 Adelaide St, the Brisbane Club Tower, utilising an existing fit out to make a quick move into their new premises. The financial planning firm has ensured that their growth is not limited by their office space, signing a 15-month term which will allow the business the flexibility to either relocate at the end of this term, or extend in the space on a direct basis.

On behalf of the Sublessor, Vindico Partners, Lewis Harper negotiated the sublease with a result both parties needed. Having been bought by a larger firm Vindico Partners required a quick solution to lease their vacant space at the Club Tower. With time of the essence, Caden were able to secure Capital Focused and agree terms and have documents signed in a matter of weeks, ensuring all expectations were met.

CADEN CONTINUES TO THRIVE WITH CHRIS CHAPMAN JOINING THE TEAM
