145 Eagle St marks its return in the Brisbane B-Grade market

145 Eagle St has marked its return to prominence in the Brisbane B-Grade market securing VISIS Private Wealth for a majority of its top floor. Bramley exceeded all other offerings in the deal itself and further showed their eagerness to improve the experience for all their tenants by upgrading the End of Trip facilities and getting development approval for a new Riverfront Bar between their two Eagle St assets.
