145 Eagle St marks its return in the Brisbane B-Grade market

145 Eagle St has marked its return to prominence in the Brisbane B-Grade market securing VISIS Private Wealth for a majority of its top floor. Having experienced growing pains at their previous address, VISIS expanded into 520sqm at one of Bramley Properties’ feature Brisbane assets overlooking the Story Bridge.

After a broad search of vacancies on Eagle St, VISIS found that the value of an existing fit out and premier location, coupled with a motivated landlord was an opportunity too good to pass up. Certus Legal take a floor at privately-owned 106 Edward Street

Certus Legal have taken advantage of the boutique floors available at the heritage-listed 106 Edward Street, taking 267sqm on Level 2, resuming a turn-key fit out.

Infocus secures short-term 300 Queen St office

Maroochydore based financial advice firm Infocus Wealth Management have secured Brisbane office space, taking a short-term sublease in 300 Queen St, securing 210sqm until mid-2018. 

Lewis Harper negotiated the sublease through Savills on behalf of the Nous Group who have expanded into another Queen St address. The tenancy was presented almost fully furnished, allowing Infocus the ability to move quickly at low cost.

The wave of new tenant commitments at 200 Mary St has continued, with Cromwell preparing to welcome MacDonnells Law, one of Queensland’s largest and longest established independent law firms, to the building.
