Shaw & Partners Secure New Premium Office Space

Shaw and Partners, one of Australia’s most prominent Investment and Wealth Management businesses are relocating their Brisbane headquarters from Waterfront Place to 111 Eagle St. GPT will deliver a new, high quality, custom designed fit out within the 344m2 tenancy ready for occupation by Shaw and Partners from 1 October 2015.

Dowd & Co Perched Atop 111 Eagle Street

Local Law firm Dowd & Co are relocating their head office into part L53, 111 Eagle St. The business is moving into approximately 600m2 to cater for its current and future growth requirements. The tenancy has an existing fit out in place, part of which will remain in situ. Dowd & Co have secured the tenancy on a long-term sub-lease until 2022.

DB GLOBAL SIGN NEW THREE (3) YEAR LEASE IN MILTON

One of the states fastest growing scaffolding and labour hire companies, DB Global has signed a new three (3) year lease for their head office at 65 Park Rd in the heart of Milton’s commercial and retail precincts.

Tom James Co secure exquisite new Brisbane HQ

Tom James Co, the world’s largest manufacturer and retailer of custom men’s and women’s clothing has secured a unique new office premises in the centre of the Brisbane CBD. The business will establish themselves in the heritage listed ‘Chambers’ building at 308 Queen St, which was constructed in the late 1800’s, originally as the headquarters for the Queensland National Bank. The property was heritage listed in 1992. Tom James will occupy two (2) suites side by side on the prominent Queen St and Creek St corner to accommodate their rapidly expanding sales team.

Caden Negotiates RG Lease at 200 Mary St

Cromwell Property Group has secured another new tenant within its wonderfully refurbished 200 Mary St asset, located within the heart of the Brisbane CBD. RG Communications, a specialist media and communications firm, has opted to move from serviced offices, to take up a long-term lease across 128m2 beginning 1 August 2015.
