AGL are occupying a 224m2 tenancy. This space was wonderfully fitted out on spec by Cromwell, prior to AGL’s commitment to the tenancy. This gave Cromwell a key advantage during negotiations, as AGL were able to able to save time and money by moving straight into fitted space.

Digital Sense get techy at 300 Ann Street

Digital Sense, a market leading IT hosting infrastructure provider, has taken occupancy in 300 Ann Street’s creatively designed spec suite on Level 13. The suite presents with numerous unique finishes, from polished concrete in the kitchen, to a graffiti wall from a commissioned artist. Terms were agreed only 24hours after inspecting the finalised product – a testament to the wow-factor the fit out brings.

Digital Sense were able to take advantage of the new fit out, securing it on a short-term lease to house their growing corporate office, thanks to a recent contract with the Brisbane City Council.
