Australian Rail Track Corporation ramping its Brisbane Operations

The Australian Rail Track Corporation has increased its footprint within the PGA owned 40 Creek St office tower. ARTC have leased 322m2 in addition to the full floor that they currently occupy.  The tenancy has a high quality existing fit out that ARTC have been able to utilise for their own requirements.

40 Creek St is an A grade building in the heart of Brisbane’s golden triangle precinct.

The new lease was negotiated by Caden Office Leasing.


The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine is one of a small number of training colleges accredited by the Australian Medical Council for setting professional medical standards in area of general practice. The College will continue its Brisbane CBD presence well into the future, by committing to a new long-term lease across 683m2 at RG Properties 410 Queen St.

ACRRM were able to take advantage of favourable conditions within the office market to secure a fantastic outcome of the business. The Landlord, in return, was able to secure a new long-term lease to further improve their lease expiry profile within the building.

200 Mary St Secures NASDAQ Listed Company

Broadspire, by Crawford and Company, from October 1st are set to be the first occupiers of a 124sqm tenancy from a set of new suites constructed on Level 6 of 200 Mary St. Moving their Brisbane Office from Gregory Terrace to the Golden Triangle, the business plans to continue expansion seen throughout 2016.

Australian Institute of Management Moving to 40 Creek St

The Australian Institute of Management are moving their corporate Headquarters from Spring Hill into the CBD. From 1 October, AIM will take occupancy of a newly fitted out tenancy of 418m2 on L16 within 40 Creek St.

40 Creek St provides 642m2 floorplates, therefore as the dominant tenant on the floor, AIM have been able to capture the Elizabeth & Creek St corner that has views of the Brisbane river and the Premium Grade buildings that dominant Brisbane financial district.
