Caden, on behalf of Australian Unity (sub-lessor) have successfully sub-leased part L23, 307 Queen St. The new tenant, Property Law Partners, are moving into the tenancy over the next few weeks and making use of the existing fit out that is in situ. The tenant was introduced to Caden via JLL.
