Leading IT company UNIFY Solutions have chosen to relocate their Brisbane head office to the PGA owned 40 Creek St. The company has secured 321m2 on L8 and will move into the property in May 2015. Caden Office Leasing, acting in the role of preferred leasing agents, conducted an extensive search over a six (6) month period. 40 Creek St was ultimately identified as the property that had the best locational attributes whilst providing an efficient floorplate that could allow UNIFY to design a fantastic new fit out for their staff.

Caden Negotiates Riverside Centre Lease with BBY Stockbroking

Australia’s largest independent stockbroking BBY has opened its first office in Brisbane by sub-leasing 216m2 of Premium grade space at the GPT owned Riverside Centre. Caden Office Leasing, acting on behalf of ERM Power, introduced the opportunity to BBY and negotiated the terms of the sub-lease. The tenancy, on L26, has an existing fit out in place which largely suited BBY’s immediate requirements.

Property Law Partners Move to 307 Queen St

Caden, on behalf of Australian Unity (sub-lessor) have successfully sub-leased part L23, 307 Queen St. The new tenant, Property Law Partners, are moving into the tenancy over the next few weeks and making use of the existing fit out that is in situ. The tenant was introduced to Caden via JLL. Given the overall level of vacancy in Brisbane is very high at the current time, the number of smaller tenancies available with good quality existing fit outs are surprisingly low.
