Merthyr Law Relocating To 324 Queen St

After more than 10 year in their current offices, local legal firm Merthyr Law are on the move having signed a lease to move to the Brookfield/Dexus owned 324 Queen St office tower.

Merthyr Law will take up approximately 420m2 on L8 on a new long term lease. The firm will benefit by moving into a newly fitted out tenancy, design and constructed jointly by both Poulos and Push Architects.

The Australian Rail Track Corporation, a Federal Government owned entity that manages the majority of Australia’s interstate rail network has leased a full floor in one of Brisbane’s most popular office buildings, 40 Creek St. ARTC have secured a fully fitted out tenancy on L12 of 642m2.

DWS Choose 324 Queen St as their new Brisbane HQ

National IT Firm DWS will relocate their Brisbane office from 32 Turbot St to 324 Queen St in a coup for the joint owners Brookfield and Dexus. DWS will take up approximately 200m2 on L14 of the 25 story office tower in a deal negotiated by Caden Office Leasing. DWS are one of raft of new tenants that are expected to relocate to 324 Queen St in early 2016 following a suite of refurbishment works within the building.
