Merrotts Accountants Secure New Full Floor Lease at 241 Adelaide Street

Leading accountancy firm Merrotts have committed to a new long-term lease across 511m2 on L6 at 241 Adelaide St, a property fondly known by locals as the Brisbane Club Tower building. Merrotts were able to leverage favourable market conditions to secure a great outcome for the business, whilst the landlord, Australian Unity, were able to secure a commitment in excess of six (6) years. The new lease commenced on 1 October.
