Premium Private Wealth relocate National HQ to Edward St

After thirteen (13) years based in Brisbane’s Christie Centre, Premium Private Wealth (PPW), an Australia-wide, all-encompassing financial services firm, have relocated to a full floor in 144 Edward Street. The business’s relocation was spurred on by extensive refurbishment plans to make way for a redesigned Co-Working environment to match demand at the Adelaide St address.

After assessing the market with a number of leasing service providers for a wide range of options, PPW engaged Caden to expand their search further. Requiring a blue chip corporate perception, the business had a strict brief for a full floor tenancy, an office intensive fit out with great view corridors, in the high-rise of a commercial B-Grade office tower. Such a specific brief restricted the number of options that may have otherwise been viable for the business.

Being active in the B-Grade market, Caden were aware of a full floor that had just been vacated in the high-rise of 144 Edward Street. Previously occupied by an accounting firm, the existing fit out held some value to be reused by PPW Several inspections and discussions were required to understand what could be salvaged, with Archway Commercial Interiors managing the refurbishment and introduction of any new fit out items. PPW took advantage of the negotiated incentive pool by structuring the fit out in a way that would support their growth initiatives and business consolidation for the best part of a decade.

PPW’s understanding of the scheduled works at 144 Edward Street gave them comfort around the future of the asset. Investment into the building’s services, including lift carts and End of Trip facilities, as well as cosmetic items such as on-floor lift lobbies and bathrooms, will see 144 Edward Street continue its resurgence as a competitor in the B-Grade market in the Brisbane’s CBD.
