Recentralisation trend continues with Altus Group securing spec suite in 348 Edward Street

Formerly Milton-based, Altus Group have taken advantage of the competitive CBD market and taken a mid-term lease on a 161sqm spec suite at Hines’ 348 Edward Street. Having inspected over a dozen properties Altus were attracted to the Archway-built fit outs and leafy outlook, all at a great price.

Altus Group provide software to the commercial real estate industry to assist with Valuations, Asset Management, and Investor Forecasting amongst other things. Their Brisbane office has been well established for some years with the primary motivator for the relocation being staff retention through a more accessible location and higher quality fit out.

Altus’s new suite is one of five built on Level 7 of 348 Edward St with a great South-Western aspect over King Edward Park and back toward Spring Hill. 348 Edward St’s upgraded amenity offering with a fresh End of Trip and new café operator assisted in securing Altus’s signature.
