Strata Community Insurance To Relocate From Spring Hill Into the CBD

200 Mary St is continuing to be the ‘go to’ building for tenants seeking high-quality B grade office space within the Brisbane CBD. Hot off the back of fourteen (14) new leasing deals in 2017, 200 Mary St has already secured three (3) new tenants since the turn of the year. The latest tenant to secure space within the tower is Strata Community Insurance, one of the leading specialist insurance firms in the country, who are relocating to the city from Spring Hill.
