David Prosser - Director

He’s a father of two, a graduate from the school of natural born salesmen, and the founder of CADEN Office Leasing. David came to Australia in 2000 as a nineteen (19) year old, curious to explore opportunities outside of the UK.

David settled in Brisbane and has since applied his talent and passion for sales at some of the world’s most iconic property brands. A hugely successful career in senior positions spanning Savills, DTZ and CBRE honed David’s sales, leadership and management skills before founding CADEN in 2014. He has consistently been amongst the highest revenue generators within the industry earning multiple awards. David was the highest fee earner nationally for CBRE’s commercial leasing division in 2013.

David has formulated and executed leasing campaigns for some of Brisbane’s most iconic buildings always giving priority to the nuances of the client-agent relationship. He has cultivated and maintained key relationships with Australia’s biggest landlords such as Investa Property Group, Charter Hall and Leighton Properties.

David is passionate about creating a new agency model to help clients explore innovative and contemporary practices.

Lewis Harper - Senior Leasing Executive

Born into a family with a long and diverse history of property development and investment in South East Queensland, Lewis has property in his blood.

Lewis joined Caden in 2015, initially as a leasing analyst, and in January 2016 he transitioned from analyst to Leasing Agent as part of Caden’s growing agency team.

With a natural ability to relate to business people and a determination to advance quickly, Lewis has already established himself as the industry’s brightest developing talent.

Lewis is currently formulating and implementing best-in-class leasing strategies for a range of key Caden clients and has been appointed as ‘lead’ agent to many of Caden’s major CBD leasing campaigns, with these mandates being secured following a thorough tender process for ‘Leasing Services’ by the respective clients.

Lewis embodies the “client comes first” nature of Caden, and is committed to the continual growth of the Caden brand, and in turn building a reputable name for himself in Australian property.

Chris Chapman - Executive - Office Leasing

Chris joined the CADEN team in 2016 under a tailor made fast track progression structure designed and implemented to have him fulfil an agency role by the turn of the year.

Chris comes from a business management background. At nineteen (19), Chris was offered a role to manage and build a financial institution in Sydney, dealing with the business’s early days as a fledgling franchise, right through to its first profit – all in under 4 months.

This front line and hands-on role further enhanced Chris’s sales ability as well as relating to people from diverse backgrounds. He is forward thinking and his innovative ideas will continue to give CADEN a point of difference.

As an early indication of his development within the industry, Chris will be playing a support role in CADEN’s latest projects, 193 North Quay and 100 Edward Street.

Chris has a desire to succeed in whatever he does. He is extremely passionate about property and is whole-heartedly focused on forging a successful career within it.

Chris Jenkins - Executive - Office Leasing

Retaining a background in Residential Real Estate spanning over the course of 2 years, Chris has been able to harness his expertise in prospecting client needs and desires, and concurrently implementing the necessary marketing tools and strategies to secure a result in alignment with owner expectations.

With a view to developing & managing client relations as a point of reference, Chris retains the aptitude and adaptability required to excel in an everchanging marketplace. An innate ability to relate well to all clients, whilst providing a personal approach, Chris has been successful in developing client trust from the first meeting throughout. Well rounded and with an enthusiastic approach to all facets of the business, Chris’s tenacity and charisma ensures a winning formula and his continued eagerness to refine his skills under David’s guidance guarantees nothing short of a premium service for our Landlords and tenants.

As part of his long term aspirations, Chris has taken the opportunity to become part of the Caden Leasing team and is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and resources to the forefront of the business and to build on an already solid foundation. It has been an ongoing goal to undertake the role in Commercial Property and to expand his horizons in a market filled with opportunity and potential.

Jess Pretorius - Head of Marketing

Jess joined Caden in January of 2018 as Head of Marketing. Jess has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), as well as a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Interactive and Visual Design) from the Queensland University of Technology and also comes to us with diverse experiences in a range of different marketing and design roles.

With a keen interest in all things creative, Jess has brought a new perspective and fresh approach to achieving Caden’s marketing goals through visual asset creation for clients, social media management, marketing development and overall strategic improvement. She strives to make her learning a continual and evolving process, to ensure she maintains her place on the verge of all marketing trends. 

Jess specialises in creating well-rounded marketing campaigns for Brisbane CBD buildings, ensuring each asset receives its own personalised strategy which produces measurable results for Caden’s clients. Jess uses her own, personally developed techniques to ensure her time-management, strategic marketing operations, and utilisation of current and developing marketing tools works to culminate in dependable results.

James Colwell

James joined the team at the beginning of July this year (2019) as Leasing Analyst at Caden and has been quickly immersed in the commercial leasing industry. James works in collaboration with Caden’s leasing agents as well as other Brisbane leasing analysts to uncover, analyse and present crucial market data for the exclusive use of benefiting Caden’s tenants and building owners. James has been able to build a strong understanding of the Brisbane Commercial Leasing market and seeks to consistently ensure he is up to date on all movements within the industry to make sure Caden is always providing the best service and market intelligence as possible.

Prior to beginning his role at Caden, James completed an internship with Investec Property Fund. His time with the fund was invaluable and assisted in the development of his interest in commercial property and office leasing. His data research, analysis and visualisation are valuable skills that elevate the depth of market knowledge within the company. In addition to working at Caden, James is simultaneously completing a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Business Management at the University of Queensland.
