David Prosser - Director

He’s a father of two, a graduate from the school of natural born salesmen, and the founder of CADEN Office Leasing. David came to Australia in 2000 as a nineteen (19) year old, curious to explore opportunities outside of the UK.

David settled in Brisbane and has since applied his talent and passion for sales at some of the world’s most iconic property brands. A hugely successful career in senior positions spanning Savills, DTZ and CBRE honed David’s sales, leadership and management skills before founding CADEN in 2014. He has consistently been amongst the highest revenue generators within the industry earning multiple awards. David was the highest fee earner nationally for CBRE’s commercial leasing division in 2013.

David has formulated and executed leasing campaigns for some of Brisbane’s most iconic buildings always giving priority to the nuances of the client-agent relationship. He has cultivated and maintained key relationships with Australia’s biggest landlords such as Investa Property Group, Charter Hall and Leighton Properties.

David is passionate about creating a new agency model to help clients explore innovative and contemporary practises.

Lewis Harper - Leasing Specialist

Born into a family with a long and diverse history of property development and investment in South East Queensland, Lewis has property in his blood.

Lewis joined CADEN in 2015, initially as a leasing analyst, examining data to produce specific market reports for CADEN clients.

In January 2016, Lewis transitioned from analyst to Leasing Agent as part of Caden’s growing agency team.

With a natural ability to relate to people on all levels, and a determination to discover and accept new ideas, Lewis has quickly established himself as one of the industry’s brightest young talents.

Lewis is currently formulating and implementing best-in-class leasing strategies for a range of Key Caden clients. As testament to his rapid development within the industry, Lewis has been appointed as ‘lead’ agent to major CBD leasing campaigns at 300 Ann St and 247 Adelaide St, with these mandates being secured following a thorough tender process for ‘Leasing Services’ by the respective clients.

Lewis embodies the “client comes first” nature of CADEN, and is passionate about assisting in the continual growth of CADEN business, and in term building a reputable name for himself in Australian property.

Chris Chapman - Leasing Specialist

Chris joined the CADEN team in 2016 under a tailor made fast track progression structure designed and implemented to have him fulfil an agency role by the turn of the year.

Chris comes from a business management background. At nineteen (19), Chris was offered a role to manage and build a financial institution in Sydney, dealing with the business’s early days as a fledgling franchise, right through to its first profit – all in under 4 months.

This front line and hands-on role further enhanced Chris’s sales ability as well as relating to people from diverse backgrounds. He is forward thinking and his innovative ideas will continue to give CADEN a point of difference.

As an early indication of his development within the industry, Chris will be playing a support role in CADEN’s latest projects, 193 North Quay and 100 Edward Street.

Chris has a desire to succeed in whatever he does. He is extremely passionate about property and is whole-heartedly focused on forging a successful career within it.

Nazlee Atmeh - Marketing Expert

Caden Office Leasing are delighted to welcome Nazlee Atmeh to our growing team as our marketing and communications guru. Nazlee brings to Caden a diverse set of skills in marketing strategy, social media marketing, copywriting and design. In addition to her primary role, she will also assist in the area of Workplace Culture and Organisation, an area she has been exposed to in a top tier professional services consulting firm.
