Tech Consultancy Firm Moves From Fringe To CBD Asset

From a start-up formed in 2007 with just four (4) employees to a team of seventy (70) specialist consultants nationally, Australian tech consultancy company oobe PL has made the move into the Brisbane CBD.

With a constantly growing client base including big businesses such as QSuper, Suncorp Bank and the QLD Government, it was vital for oobe to relocate from the urban renewal precinct of Teneriffe into the CBD to improve staff efficiencies and to easily service and support the needs of their clientele.

The company mainly consults with businesses out of office with only a limited amount of time spent within their own premises. It was therefore understandable that oobe had a strong preference to relocate into a quasi-flexible workspace to support the ever-varying work environment and be as efficient with space as possible.

After a number of inspections of small suites across the CBD, oobe PL found there was obvious value in occupying an available shared office space within the Strata Titled asset, 270 Adelaide Street. A drawcard for the company was having full access to a boardroom and kitchen that was not included in their NLA which allowed them to keep their overheads minimised.
