Unique Character Space the Catalyst for IT Firm at 99 Creek Street

Multifaceted IT firm, Catalyst IT have more than doubled their previous office space, taking a 181sqm spec fit out on the corner of Creek and Adelaide at the Heritage Listed 99 Creek Street.

The globally established company had previously been at 231 George St for a number of years. However, after a steady level of growth in their Brisbane office over the last three (3) years, the business felt as though a move closer into the Golden Triangle would help boost their corporate perception.

The business was initially inspecting all speculatively fitted options in the CBD around 160 – 200sqm. However, the brief quickly changed as they struggled to find a tenancy that would give the business a point of difference and had the features the company were seeking.

Catalyst IT engaged Caden to assist in this process and gave the brief that they were ideally seeking a unique tenancy that would suit a growing IT business in the Golden Triangle.

The tenancy at 99 Creek Street was favoured by the business due to its character feel, the heritage-listed building, which was constructed in the early 1900’s, has great levels of natural light, high ceilings and unique timber structural beams throughout. All of which, made it attractive for Catalyst IT to make the move into the asset on a long term lease.
