VivCourt Energy commodity traders move to 324 Queen St

Commodity traders, VivCourt Energy, have outgrown their Brisbane premises on Edward Street, resulting in their relocation into Abacus and Investec’s popular 324 Queen Street.

Compounding staff growth and 24-hour worldwide trading meant VivCourt were not only bursting at the seams but also accruing extensive additional costs, such as after-hours air conditioning as a result. With involvement in over 15 physical exchange-traded products in over 22 countries across the globe, VivCourt wanted to utilise the office move as an opportunity to improve their corporate perception and increase staff productivity by relocating to a high-quality fit-out with excellent lift exposure.

VivCourt began the process by reviewing a large portion of speculative fit-outs across the A and B Grade markets, before eventually securing one of the last remaining speculative fit-outs within 324 Queen Street. The business was drawn to the asset and speculative fit-out due to its high-quality finishes, fantastic view corridors and most of all, the owners’ ability to work alongside the tenant to secure fixed after hours air conditioning costs. It was a really positive outcome for the business.

There is now only one (1) suite remaining to be leased at 324 Queen Street, comprising of a brand new fit-out measuring at 168sqm.
